Leon lacks money, education and direction. What he does have is a bit of a drinking problem and an unbearably happy neighbour. When Leon’s best buddy Patrick wins 20,000 euros and makes plans to move to Mexico, Leon steals the prize money. The next thing Leon knows he’s just woken up in hospital -- the cash is gone and so is his memory. At his bedside is Ivy, a 13-year-old who’s into esoterics and believes that she and Leon are made for each other.
