Matze Pröllochs is a freelance musician. His first engagements as a theatre musician took place during his high school graduation and community service in 2009 and 2010 at the Tübingen Landestheater. From 2009 to 2017 he was the drummer of the band Me And My Drummer, released two albums and played about 300 concerts all over Europe. Since then he has participated in numerous other projects of various genres, both in the studio and live, including Leslie Clio, Sookee, Bayuk, Monolink, Tristan Brusch, Maeckes and many more. Since April 2017, Pröllochs has had an active collaboration with theatre director Christopher Rüping. At DT he can currently be seen as a live musician in his production It Can't Happen Here (Sinclair Lewis) and also makes a guest appearance in the 10-hour antique play Dionysos Stadt at the Münchner Kammerspiele, for which he composed the stage music together with Jonas Holle. Matze Pröllochs will be part of the Limited Edition Grounded (Am Boden, directed by Anna Berndt) in the box of the DT as a musician again.
