Meaning is abundant in material things, not just in literature. I imagine creatures with masses of tentacles, feelers, fingers, webs and wild fur. Everything thrashing about – like monsters do, in the best sense. I imagine their webs being able to pierce through everything, constantly touching and dissolving everything. They aren’t human creations, in contrast to this text, for example, and these signs here, which can only be understood by one group and not by others. Not even with surtitles. They don’t help in this case either; they’re just human creations. You have to follow the webs of monsters and creatures, not texts. Meaning that isn’t connected to a living being is always well defined. But it’s about what you are not. And that’s what you have to pursue. And if you wish, you can look for it in texts. But it always has to be whatever you are not.
