Florian Lösche

Born in 1981 in Munich, Lösche did temporary work for a set designer after his Abitur, built models and stage designs for a Munich-based private theatre and played the saxophone. In 2003 he began a training course in setdesign with Ezzo Toffolutti at the Academy of Fine Arts in Munich and in 2005 he changed to the University of Fine Arts in Hamburg. During his studies, he already designed stage sets for productions by Jette Steckel at the Staatstheater Kassel, at the Thalia Theater Hamburg, Kampnagel and at the Deutsches Theater Berlin. Florian Lösche and Jette Steckel have maintained their close working relationship to this date.
