Maike Knirsch
Maike Knirsch, born 1995 in Stendal, studied at the Babelsberger Filmgymnasium from 2011 to 2014 and at the "Ernst Busch" Academy of Dramatic Art from 2014 to 2018. In 2011 she performed in Der Held der westlichen Welt (director: Hannes Hametner) at the Theater am Altmarkt. From 2012 she was a member of the Junges DT, and performed in productions including Es war einmal Indianerland, Kind ohne Zimmer (director: Annette Kuss) and 2035 oder mit 40 eröffne ich mir ein Hotel auf dem Mond (director: Willem Wassenaar). In 2013 she was seen in Theaterwechsel Spandau mit MedEia (director: Willem Wassenaar), and in 2014 again with the Junges DT in the production Dieses Kind (director: Lily Sykes). From 2017 to 2020 Maike Knirsch was a ensemble member at the Deutsches Theater Berlin.
