Nazanin Noori (*1991) is a theatre director and daughter of Hamid Noori and Mahboobeh Moushidi. She grew up in Teheran and Wiesbaden. Nazanin Noori studied theatre, film and media sciences at the Goethe University in Frankfurt. She worked at the Deutsches Theater, Schauspiel Hannover und Schauspiel Frankfurt. She assisted Jürgen Kruse, René Pollesch, Armin Petras, Sebastian Hartmann, Rosa von Praunheim and Thorleifur Örn Arnarsson. Nazanin Noori selects Acid Folk for POMP, a sound scenario series on Retreat Radio. She is the content director of the music, fashion and art label Bedouin Records and currently composing the score for CENTER SHIFT, a series by Cemile Sahin, whom she is collaborating with since 1999.
