If you would like to pass the ticket on to another person, we ask you to inform our visitor service in advance and to provide the new visitor's data. On the evening of the event itself, all our guests are required to carry their ID. We maintain the guest lists in accordance with Art. 5 DSGVO and in compliance with data protection principles.VACCINATIOIN, CONVALESCENC, TESTED
The 2G plus rule applies (vaccinated, recovered and tested negative on the day). Visitors must present a personalized, valid certificate (as QR code) of complete vaccination with a vaccine against Covid-19 approved by the European Union. However, the last vaccination in this case must be at least 14 days ago. Recovered individuals may present a positive PCR test result for SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus infection at least 28 days and no more than six months ago. Individuals who have recovered from Corona infection more than six months ago and have been vaccinated at least once may present the past positive PCR test and proof of vaccination. Inside, a negative daily test result is required. Triple-vaccinated persons (with so-called "boosters") are exempt from the additional testing requirement.
- Children and adolescents up to the age of 18: Written or electronic certification of a negative point-of-care (PoC) antigen or PCR test result on the same day. No self-test.
- While in school: students who are subject to regular testing while attending school. Proof is provided by student ID card or BVG card. This regulation does not apply during school vacations, during which a test result or proof of vaccination or recovery must be presented.
Please plan to be at the theater well in advance to avoid queues. Admission will open one hour prior to the start of the performance. Admission and exit will be on a one-way basis through different doors. Please pay attention to the seat indication on your ticket and follow the signposted routes. If you have any questions, the admission staff will be happy to help you. Please bring your ticket, ID and proof of full vaccination or recovery. A ticket is only valid if these conditions are met.
MOUTH AND NOSE COVERING Entering the theater is allowed only with a FFP2 mask. Wearing an FFP2 mask is required during the entire visit, including during the performance. If you forget your mask, you can buy one. If you are unable to wear a mouth-nose covering due to a chronic medical condition, you put yourself at increased risk for infection. We therefore advise against attending performances. You will only be admitted upon presentation of a medical certificate.
Please wear your mask throughout your stay at the DT, including during the performance.
VENTILATION Our ventilation system ensures plenty of fresh air: For ventilation, only fresh outside air is fed into the auditoriums and the stale air is extracted upwards. The entire room air is thus completely renewed two to three times within one hour.
STAFF All employees who have contact with the public are vaccinated or recovered and tested on a daily basis. They are obliged to wear a FFP2 mask.
GENERAL HYGIENE RULES By now we are all very practiced in following the general hygiene rules. Please adhere to them when visiting the theater (especially the sneezing and coughing etiquette, at least 1 meter distance to other people around you and of course: don't forget to wash your hands!). Signs remind you of the hygiene rules. You will also find disinfection dispensers in the entrance area of the theater. The sanitary facilities are located in the foyer of the Deutsches Theater. Please enter one at a time and keep a sufficient distance. You will find soap at the sinks to thoroughly clean your hands as well as disinfectant dispensers. Be assured: All areas in our facilities are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected daily.
GARDEROBE To avoid contacts, we ask you to take your wardrobe into the auditorium, if possible. Large bags and backpacks must be left at the checkroom, observing the spacing rules.
Your health and ours are important to us. If you feel ill or have cold symptoms, please stay at home. Also, people who have had contact with COVID19 patients in the 14 days prior to the performance are not allowed to attend events.
