Paul Grill

Paul Grill was born in Berlin in 1979. He studied at the "Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy" University of Music and Theatre in Leipzig, and during his studies performed at the Staatsschauspiel Dresden. Subsequently he was an ensemble member at the Staatstheater Cottbus, Theater Heidelberg, Badische Staatstheater Karlsruhe and Theater Basel. From 2013 to 2018 he was part of the ensemble of the Staatstheater Stuttgart under Armin Petras. There he worked together with Armin Petras, Stephan Kimmig, Christopher Rüping, Kay Voges, Simon Solbert, Sebastian Baumgarten, Stefan Pucher, Laurent Chétouane, Christiane Pohle, Martin Laberenz and others. Since the start of the 2018/19 season, Paul Grill has been a member of the Deutsches Theater ensemble where he had been working with Jorinde Dröse, Stephan Kimmig, Anne Lenk and Ewelina Marciniac.
