Elli Treptow

Elli Treptow (born 2001 in Berlin) is a freelance artist in the field of theatre, dance and photography. She attended the Staatliche Ballettschule Berlin from 2017 to 2020 in the field of dance-theatre-theory. After graduating from high school, she first began studying theatre studies, art history and English philology at the Free University of Berlin, but after a few semesters she dedicated herself to projects in the independent art scene in German-speaking countries. In autumn 2021, she staged the play Drums in the Night by Bertolt Brecht at the Megalomania Theatre in Frankfurt am Main. In addition, she has appeared as an actress and singer/songwriter on Berlin's independent stages and in various independent film projects. Since autumn 2022 she has been attending the dance education year at the Seneca Intensive Studios and has been a guest performer in The Welkin (Das Himmelszelt) (director: Jette Steckel) at the Deutsches Theater.
