Regina Lorenz-Schweer

Regina Lorenz-Schweer, born in 1973 in Freiburg, studied Stage and Costume Design at the Schule für Gestaltung in Basel and the University of Art and Design in Offenbach am Main. Subsequently she assisted for two years at Theater Basel, among others for Barbara Ehnes, Anna Viebrock, Michael Simon and Bert Neumann. During this time she began producing her own dance and theatre pieces. Since 2002 she has worked as a freelance stage and costume designer, among others for Daniela Löffner, Albrecht Hirche,Esther Hattenbach and the directing team Sibylle Burkhart and Klaus Brömmelmeier. She also worked at the Deutsches Schauspielhaus Hamburg,Schauspiel Köln, Theater Basel, Schauspielhaus Zürich and the Deutsches Theater. Fathers and Sons is her second collaboration with Daniela Löffner.
