Waldemar Kobus, born in Poland in 1966, grew up in Düren. From 1988 to 1991 he completed his acting training at the Otto-Falckenberg-School in Munich. Numerous theatre engagements in Frankfurt am Main, Bochum, Stuttgart, Zurich, Vienna and Cologne followed. In the years that followed, Waldemar Kobus gradually shifted his focus of work to cinema and film. Works with Paul Verhoeven, Bryan Singer, as well as several projects with Michael Bully Herbig and many others Jud Süss (directed by Oskar Roehler), Ein Tick anders (directed by Andi Rogenhagen), Babylon Berlin (directed by Tom Twyker and others). At the theatre, Waldemar has recently appeared in productions by Leander Haußmann and Stefan Pucher at the Volksbühne Berlin.
