Reservation advice for performances with surtitles
In order to have a good view on both stage and surtitles for Deutsches Theater we advise you to buy tickets in the rear rows of the stalls (except for the last three rows) or in the lower gallery. For Kammerspiele tickets from row 8 are recommendable. The staff at DT visitor's service is happy to help you. Call +49 30.28 441-221.

Audio description
For selected productions, the Deutsches Theater offers performances with audio description as well as tactile tours for blind and visually impaired people. In the audio description, elements of the production that can only be perceived visually are described precisely in terms of content and language and played to the audience via headphones. The aim is to enable visually impaired visitors to gain their own understanding of the action on stage by describing what is happening. During the tactile tour, visitors have the opportunity to feel the stage, costume and relevant props.
Which performance dates with audio description and tactile guidance are offered, are indicated in our monthly performance schedule as well as on the respective page of our productions. For more information and to register for the audio description, please contact our visitor service at: 030.28 441-221 (Mondays to Fridays from 11.00 to 18.30) or via e-mail to service@deutschestheater.de
