INSIDE_performanceart Between theory and practice
Inhalt
This workshop investigates Performance Art through a blend of theory, collective dynamics, and embodiment. Participants will engage with performance studies concepts, experience guided exercises, and create a final scene. We will watch performance works through videos and photos, talk, feel, move, and reflect on self-awareness and personal boundaries. You don’t need prior knowledge or a body available to move - just curiosity. Together, we will build a space where bodies can speak freely. Performance is critical and happens beyond conventional spaces. We work as personas, not characters. Everyone is welcome.
